Hatchimals Pixies Crystal Flyers Starlight Idol Flying Toy with Lights

Pixie Crystal Flyers are just too much fun. We charge them fully, hold the legs, turn them on and let them go. We cup our hands under them to control the direction and height of flying. When they start flying off in odd directions their batteries are getting low so it is time to recharge. We have so much fun and and lots of giggles.

This is a really cool toy. The fairy hovers above surfaces, such as the ground or your hand. My 6-year old daughter absolutely loves it! So much so that she asked to buy one for her friend for her birthday. I recommend it!

I purchased this item for a 7 year old girl. It is a great toy! It is entertaining, intriguing for the 7 year old, her 5 year old cousin and adults. It's unbelievably durable. I don't know how many times it flew into "no fly zones" and crashed (ie. walls; no damage to the walls). You can grab the fairy's legs before it crashes if you're fast enough. I had to go out and buy one for the 5 year old after playing with her cousin's. I recommend this.

I bought 2 of these for my granddaughters 8 and 10. It took them quite a few tries but they managed to get them flying under fairly good control. I would suggest that children with long hair should have it tied back so it cant get tangled in the wings. I think it should not be recommended for children under 6 or7.

Not sure why everyone else didn't like it... My daughter loves this! Sure, learning to fly her takes some practice, but the entire family has gotten in on it and has loved playing with it. Now my daughter has mastered the art of flying and is teaching her friends. When it does bump into the walls, it didn't leave a mark. I'm guessing the other reviewers were way too rough on it and that's why the wing fell off? But you know what they say, you gotta take care of things to make them last :)

I'll be honest I don't really like toys. They're junky and my kids just throw them all over the room. But we had so much fun with this toy! My 3.5 year old loved it. It has held up well from all the crashing into things.

I purchased 2 of these toys for Christmas gifts, so unable to write a review bout them. I am disappointed that the price has been lowered to 19.99, as I paid 29.99. That is 20.00 plus tax, which is quite substantial, especially when living on fixed senior's income.

Wings break off almost immediately. 4 year old was scared of it.

This is the most disappointing toy!! My daughter LOVED it from the moment it's little wings lifted it into the air. However- it will break. It's inevitable. Once it bumps into a wall or light fixture mid flight enough times a wing will break off. And then- it's over. The tears. Oh the tears. And guess what- NO REPLACEMENT WINGS!!! Why?!?! Why would you make a toy designed for indoors knowing it will bump into something eventually and break without offering a few replacement wings?! My daughter loved it so much I even bought a second one after the first one broke. And within a day, the new one is broken too. And we used a wide open room without obstacles.
