The table got damaged during shipping, but I called the manufacturer and they took care of working with the shipping company and get me a replacement table promptly.

Nice, sturdy, pool table. Ping pong top easy to remove and put back on. Grand kids love it. I recommend paying to have it assembled cause the man that they sent did an excellent job.

Chose this product based on all the previous positive reviews and was not disappointed. Was easy to assemble and we are not "handy" people. Hex wrench was included and that was the only tool we needed. The cue sticks that are included are not too good and have tips that are not rounded. Would recommend getting better sticks ahead of time to protect the felt. But we made the purchase for the table and are pleased with both pool and ping pong tables. ( Ping pong paddles not good either.)

Table was easy to assemble (my son and I did it in less than a half hour) and was shipped with reinforcement on the corners. Bought this for our 4 kids and they love it, especially with the ping pong option. Very nice looking table. It feels very sturdy and I am happy with the value.

There is minimal assembly required for this table - you will add the legs and supports. Assembling this table was straight forward and easy as long as you are fastidious and patient. The process is optimized by using 2 people. One to hold things steady and provide light and the other to do the actual assembly. Everything you need to assemble the table is included in the package. We used a battery operated drill to screw in the screws where we could, thus saving some time. Once all the parts were assembled, we added the adjustable feet, turned down all the way. When we turned the table over, it checked out as completely level in all directions! We had anticipated the grueling process of adjusting the "feet" until level. The assembly process took about 30 minutes. We used the table immediately. All the equipment to play pool and ping pong are included in the package. One suggestion is to include a bridge since some shots were difficult for the younger folks. This happens enough that we will purchase a bridge within the week. The pool table top is flat and the balls roll without difficulty. Another small improvement we would make is to have the ball spot printed on the table top. This is easily corrected by using the intersection of the well dotted side rails to place the rack. The bumper sides are reasonable in response to reflecting the balls back after impact. Of course, this is not a full size slate top, professional table. It was fine for us. The 7 foot size was ideal for the children (13 and 11) and fit well within the space we had designated for the table. The ping pong table top was easy to add. It completely covers the pool table. The size is not regulation, but again it is easy for the youngsters to play. After some consultation, the adults decided that this table could handle a regulation size table top with some slight modifications. Making these modifications may be in our future when the youngsters get older. We are very pleased with this product and would recommend it for young families.

Great table for social pool players and kids to enjoy. Slight roll to the rails that others have described occurs on our table but doesn't bother us at all.

It's exactly what you'd expect for around 500-700. It's a good table to mess around on and enjoy. It's in my garage and is a perfect fit. Everything about it is average but as a total value, pretty solid. The MDF top is slightly angles toward the edges, but doesn't ruin the play. I've had it for two weeks, so I'm hopeful it will even out... For the price, pretty good :)

Pool table was supposed to arrive 12/26/25. I contacted the seller on 12/30/25 about it being late. I was ignored. It showed up 1/2/26 with zero notice that it was coming. It arrived strapped down to a pallet. I had read reviews ahead of ordering so I knew I would need to check for damage. Luckily, the driver was super nice and agreed that we should be sure it was in good shape before he left. He even helped us. Low and behold, the bottom side had been gored with a forklift BEFORE it was put on the pallet, and it went all the way through and severely damaged the felt. We refused the delivery and the driver happily took it back on his truck. I immediately contacted Walmart to tell them I rejected the pool table and to initiate the refund process. I was told I would have my refund by 1/10/26. I had still not received my refund by 1/15/26 so I contacted them again. Mind you, it is NOT easy to contact them. You have to chat with a bot that is no help at all until you DEMAND to speak to a human, then they try to talk you out of it. Finally I chose the option for someone to call me back. I was told that it took extra time because "they had to investigate my claim," but that they were finished with the investigation and were in the process of issuing my refund. Great! Except he lied. Yousef, you lied to me. Also, in all this time, I never received a notification that it had been delivered to my house until 1/20/26. I received and rejected it on 1/2/26. Today, 2/2/26, I still have not received my refund. So I went through the process of telling the useless bot I wanted a human, got a call back and got "Rebuff?" is what it sounded like she said her name was? She put me on hold for a while and came back to tell me that I didn't have my refund yet because no one had contacted the seller yet. So the seller had no idea the pool table had been rejected. Well, I contacted the seller when it was late and got ignored so I contacted Walmart when I rejected it and they told me TWICE that they would take care of it. Nice. So now "Rebuff?" (I'm guessing the people at the customer service center are Indian and they were all 3 a little difficult for me to understand over the phone so I'm probably butchering her name - probably should have asked her to spell it for me) says that they have to contact the seller and then the seller has 48 hours to refund my money. If they don't, Walmart will refund me. Shouldn't that be how it works anyway? Yes, it should. They should refund immediately and deal with the sellers themselves. So now we wait 48 hours to see if the seller responds.

I like the pool table but it was the service that I have received from bluewave that I was very unsatisfied with. 1st of all , I was sent the wrong item , it was a shuffle board and not a pool table so I had to wait longer to get my table. 2nd of all I was left with a huge wooden pallet that the pool table came on %26 I had to figure out how to dispose of it. 3rdly I still have the wrong item at my house waiting to be picked up!

have not received my order giving me the run around would not recommend this for anyone. where is our pool tabe?its been a month
