Hathaway Trailblazer Air Hockey Table, 7-ft, Black/Orange

Do not buy this product! We read reviews on various websites, saying this product was delivered damaged. We decided to take the risk, thinking it was bad luck for others. After several delays and multiple calls to the shipping company, this air hockey table arrived weeks after it was originally scheduled, completely destroyed. It was 2 days before Christmas and that was our main family gift. There was very little (if any) protective packaging so the corners were battered and there was a hole through the center of it. (It looked as if someone drove a fork lift right through). We rejected it from the freight company on the spot. It took 2 months and 4 long phone calls to Walmart to get a refund, with no compensation for time or hassle. Customer service was terrible! One customer service rep hung up on me. During the 4th phone call, I finally learned the damaged product sat in the Walmart warehouse for 2 months but never logged in, which was why the refund never processed. The customer service manager admitted that this order was a mess but never did anything to rectify the situation. We were originally promised an additional reimbursement for our trouble, but it was never given. This whole experience was terrible and very disappointing. I will definitely think twice before ordering from Walmart.com again. They did not deliver a quality product or handle the situation well, after the fact.
