I've had this watch so far for 3 months, which is impressive because I am hard on watches. I like it a lot despite most of what I wanted not working well. This watch is definitely designed for a manly wrist. Because the face is so big, and you want to wear it a bit tight to make sure it reads the bodily rhythms, it can get sore. I don't mind a lil pain because I'm quite blind and have fumbling thick fingers and require a larger face but my kids do not like it. Pulse Ox is OK-ish Accuracy - Nowhere near as accurate as an actual pulse ox or oximeter you can get at the pharmacy. It leans closer to a false positive, like it suggests 100% oxygen when you could be at a 93. The steps are inaccurate. It showed 22 steps when I first turned on the feature while I was sitting down. Then I probably walked a hundred steps and it didn't show any new steps. The sleep app is also inaccurate. It only measures sleep between certain hours at night, maybe 10PM until 10AM. Definitely not 8PM like it suggested. No nap monitoring. The states it shows are inaccurate compared to neurology, but seems consistent in the way it operates if you wanted to compare data across time. BUT the app doesn't keep data for long for comparison. Time and Date Features are more accurate than my desktop. Flashlight - amazing. I use it all the time. Drop something in between the car seat and center console? Worth it for this alone. Alarm - I use this feature more than I expected. You can set recurring alarms. Find phone - you need to be close to the phone, but it will make the phone scream. Strange quirk. Twice now, it had spontaneously started playing music while I was in a store, plus a bunch of times in the car switched from car's Bluetooth to watch. When people call, you have to talk into it like you are a secret agent spy or they can't hear you. You get a lot of choices for a watch face including uploading your own photo. Battery is impressive. I think a fully charged battery lasts like 2 weeks depending how often you use things like flashlight, phone, etc. Does way better than my phone.

This product was sub par when you realize you have to put the watch bands on your own. First time I've had to install the wrist bands.

In order to use social media apps you have to download Ecard whatever that is for each app. The owners manual doesn't explain enough to you use the watch properly.
