HAUNTED HOUSE 3D ELECTRONIC DIGITAL PINBALL MACHINE

This is a great virtual pinball machine. The controllers are responsive and you quickly forget that it is not a real pinball machine. The graphics and the movement of the ball are very good. I enjoyed playing it. Unfortunately I had to send it back because it came with a damaged screen. The damage must have happened at the factory because it came well packed and there was no damage to the box. I will order another one and hope that it comes in perfect condition. If you enjoy playing pinball, I recommend this machine.

So awesone to have my own pinball machine as I have loved pinball since I was a kid! Had a blast playing it and having memories of playing most of the old pinball games @ the arcade or @ pizza places! Happy to see pinball making a bit of a comeback. PINBALL RULES!!!

Easy ordering with Walmart Machine arrived on time in secure packaging. It was an easy setup. It looks great and fun to play. Glad I bought it. It adds more fun to my billiard room along with the dart board.

I received this Fast. I opened the box and the back of the game was busted but I did put it all together and it worked fine and the back piece that is broke goes against the wall, but I don't think the price that I paid at the time, I thought it was a good deal but now having a product that came broke, which probably is not this company's fault probably happened in shipping, but what are you gonna do?

All of the good things that you hear in the other reviews are true, from build quality and features to the number and quality of the games available. You even find yourself not noticing or caring about the very wide and initially out of place looking, play field frame. It is a LOT of entertainment for the size and price. The only warning and it is a BIG one for anyone who has grown up with pinball, is the flipper delay. If you are an actual pinball player, it is very distracting and goes against every instinct that you have about when to hit the flipper buttons. I'm afraid that if I took the time to master these flippers, that it would ruin my reflexes for all other machines that have no delay, (which is ALL of them.) It's a shame because the whole thing makes this machine the wrong one for me. I'll find it a good home with some novice or occasional players but it won't be mine until or if this is ever fixed.

Sent me the wrong machine which was meant for a birthday party the following day , customer service wouldn't refund me or send out the proper machine until they came and picked up the wrong one in two or three days time, I ordered Haunted Mansion, ( I received Black Hole) , being it was a birthday present and I needed it for the next day I had no choice but to keep the wrong one. Very frustrating was not offered anything as far a discount or anything

Put it together and the main screen wouldn't come on. Checked everything then tried again. Still nothing. Returned!!!!

I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with the haunted house pinball machine it doesn't play right how do I file for a refund for my money back
