I’ve been using this portable AC for a day or so now and overall I’m pleased with it. Setup was straightforward, and the included window kit had everything I needed to get it running quickly. The unit cools my room noticeably faster than a fan and does a good job maintaining a comfortable temperature. The remote control is convenient, and I appreciate the timer feature for running it overnight or while away from home. The controls are easy to understand. The main downside is that, like most portable air conditioners, it isn't completely quiet. The exhaust hose also requires placement near a window, which can limit where the unit fits best. Still, those are typical tradeoffs for this type of product.

I've only had it running an hour and the temperature has dropped from stifling hot to pleasant from the nice cold air. That's what I like! The overall functionality is highly versatile since it also serves as a two-speed fan and a built-in dehumidifier that can generate a lot of water each day. In standard cooling mode, the self-evaporating setup successfully prevents the need for constant draining. The physical size of the unit is pretty small in my opinion, and the 360-degree casters make moving it from room to room effortless. Regarding the setup, the adjustable window kit fits perfectly in standard lift-up style window frames from 26 to 73 inches, ensuring it was very easy to install. The hose attached easy and has good length. The tight fit helps keep the outdoor heat completely isolated. The build quality feels sturdy, the washable filter is simple to clean, and the touch panel makes the machine easy to use from nearby or via the remote control from 16 feet away. For nighttime use, the sleep mode keeps the noise level extremely low with quiet operation at 55dB and dims the LED display completely. ​The value is excellent for a small air conditioner. We are using this portable air conditioner in a small bedroom and it's working great. Very easy to assemble the pieces and fit the part attached to the hose out the window. Open the blinds on the air conditioner. Turn it on, and it goes to work! 10,000 BTUs of power. And I love that it can be moved fairly easily to whichever room you need to cool. A life saver in this summer heat!

Shipped quickly. Arrived promptly. Well packaged. Poorly placed on porch by delivery but that’s NOT the vendors fault. Installation was easy. Cooling the big room well so far. Quick to cool. Gotta love that. It will be used as a back up for days if/when the central air doesn’t keep up. Or at night when you want it extra cool. I don’t know about longevity, but I will comeback and update if there are any problems. Great and necessary item!

Greatest little a/c unit ever!! We had to turn it off last night because it was so cold- in a loft that gets so hot we can barely use it in the summer. It’s a game changer. Best purchase of the year!!

Short electric cord, up an down buttons don't work, cooling temp is stuck at 32 degrees. It is cooling though; exhaust hose is really thin. don't recommend.

I received a 6000 BTU not a 10000 BTU, couldn't get a replacement, ending up keeping the 6000 because I didn't want the refund, I wanted them to ship me the right one 10000BTU! I think it's a shame a 10000btu was placed on sale and they would not honor it be sending me a replacement. Not customer satisfaction! I should have been given a replacement!
