Biotin and DHEA are vital for women (check with your doctor first) and I like that both are combined in one capsule per day. The packaging is great, there is no smell, and the capsules are easy to take. I rated 4 stars since there isn't a way to assess the benefits at this time, but this fits the bill if you are looking for this type of supplementation!
