I started using these L-Arginine capsules like 6 years ago in 2020 during the covid era lol but there have been some months here and there where I didn't buy more to keep using them and I actually notice a difference when I'm not taking them! My stamina is way higher, the time it takes my body to “wake up” in the morning comes sooner than when I'm not taking them.
