Bought this to hopefully cut the phlegm I get in my throat from time to time and it really works! It's terribly sweet, but I think I'd rather have that than being a disgusting taste. I just shoot the dropper full to the far back end of my throat to minimize the amount of extreme sweetness in my mouth.

this formula tastes like really really really sweet tea. it has a slightly bitter aftertaste. you can take it by mouth. do not have to put it into any liquid or anything. it's tolerable. it did not help me with blood pressure. it is not for weight loss if you take it directly by mouth the absorption is amazing. I took 2 ml. the instructions say take 1 ml a day. I take 2 ml a day and it worked better so I bought another one that had stronger milligrams and dosages to start off with. I would definitely take it. it helps with anti-inflammatory for your lungs and it stops your coughing in about 7 days

I'm sure it's a great product but I didn't get the relief that it states.

Have used this product exactly the way the instructions said for three weeks with no change whatsoever.
