Look great and function well! Instructions for installing are on-line. There is a small piece of paper in the box with the link to the website. Once you have the installation information, they are pretty easy to install. They look great on our Jeep truck. We are very pleased and would buy them again.

I bought these for my 2021 ram 1500 because our dog can't jump into our truck. i settled on these because they are different than all the other steps you see. When they came the packaging was good very well protected with bubble wrap. Installation was easy. You bolt 3 brackets on each step. (All hardware included) Then you lift in place under your truck on the existing bolts. Easier if you have help but not bad but yourself. The fit and finish are good. They seem to be steady when you step on them. my 200 pounds don't move them. The 41/2 inch wide step is nice but it will pack with snow and probably mud if you don't keep them clean. Over all these are probably the best steps I have had on a truck. I would recommend these to anyone.

They fit perfectly and are high quality. They were easy to install but did not come with printed instructions. The video references hardware that is not needed for the 2024 F250 the truck had studs from the factory. All the hardware was included and fit perfectly. Awesome product

Really nicely made steps. Instructions leave a lot to be desired, but installation was easy with another set of hands. Not sure why they give you two sizes of hardware when the stock has a single size. This was confusing as the instruction did not address where the smaller size should go except on the front set, so I just followed suit on the rest. Having two sizes of hardware makes no sense.

Item was advertised as a welded one piece unit. Item was received with assembly required (mounting brackets needed to be attached to running boards with NO instructions). Running boards are good quality, but it would have been nice to receive assembly instruction with the item.

Really nice steps, they seem to be holding up well. The install was easy but I thought the instructions could be clearer. Box came damaged but the contents were well protected. I wish the parts were marked better, I got it figured out but a sticker would be nice. There were no torque settings for the bolts so I used my best judgement. I would recommend them, they look nice and my wife can get into the truck now.

Seems to be a quality running board at a really good price and they look great, but installation was not straight forward. The frame mount bolt heads seemed too small and fender washers had to be added to prevent pull through on slotted holes. One of the brackets was bent, which we corrected, but made hole alignment challenging. Overall, happy with the way it turned out.

Drivers side front came in contact with plastic fender guard, when installed raised front fender and when opening the door it scraped on fender. Had to shim the front down almost a 1/4” for it to work, then Had trouble lining up top bolt. And realign front fender. Now there is flex on the front step when getting in and out of the truck. Passenger side fit great.

The description was saying the steps would be welded on, but they are not. I messaged support about this and I guess they have "updated" it. Its now some bolts. There were no instructions included, but not a super challenging install. Additionally, there was a 3in scratch on the driver side rail.

Steps were supposed to have pre-welded mounting brackets as shown in pictures and installation video for Ram 1500. I was extremely disappointed when opened the box and found a bunch of extra hardware to mount the brackets to the bar and the brackets were completely different than what was shown in the pictures and installation video. Also, the box did not include any paperwork instructions for assembly or installation. Returning and will be purchasing side steps from another company.
