Easy to put together, lightweight, and productive. Cools off rooms, circulates air fast.
This is a great fan for the price. It is very quiet compared to other fans I've purchased in the past.
Product is working very well since I've put it together and it was very easy to put together as well. Parts seemed sturdy and I immediately got the impression that this product should cost more than I paid for it.
I bought this because it was inexpensive. It took a while to figure out how to get the fan to stop spinning in different directions (pull the knob UP, don't try to push it down) I found that the fan doesn't really stay at the angle you set it to. It's got three speeds but they're pretty much all exactly the same.
This fan works pretty good. It was a bit of a pain to put together only because you have to unscrew 4 screws then screw them back in. The top piece (motor/pole) didn't fit right and was wobbly until my husband got it to fit (made it fit). The fan itself is pretty quiet for how much air it pushes. There is a vibrating noise when it oscillates. It's not a loose piece but seems to be coming from the motor and the pole connected to it- which is a part that comes put together so it can't be from putting it together. If the vibrating/rubbing noise doesn't stop I will return for a different one or a different brand.
This fan does what it is expected to for the price for the most part- it circulates the air. However, when I needed to tilt it down it would never stay down, it always readjusts to be tilting up. I tried to fenagle it several different ways to get it to stay in the downward position but with no luck. For this reason I will be returning the fan.
i ordered this online for site to store pick-up. Got it home and it was missing pole, and the base was deformed, but didn't know that until i returned it. the base is also black, and when i tried putting it together, the black chalk substance ,the bottom was made of, came off horrible....i tried to wipe off, but continued to come off. So back to walmart i went, they were out of lasko 16" stand ups, so after starring for about half hour at choices, went for another Hawaiian breeze.. The base was not misspoured on this one, other was about 5lbs solid. The plastic is very thin, and putting it togethter was a pain...knob was stripped, and the 2 covers don't line up. Took a bit of working with, but it is together. I haven't decided if i am going to keep or take apart and return..just out of pure frustration.
