Amazing product
I have used hawaiian silky products over 20 years on my naturally curly hair. i buy either gel.and im satisfied with the outcome without having to constantly add gel daily i can go days

Empty Jar
It was a horrible experience all of the content of the jar wasted throughout the box there was papers inside . I reached in to get my product and there was my hand filled with goo I usually don't have problems with this company but the lid needs to be more secure

DIDN'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE, EVEN THOUGH I GOT AN EMAIL SAYING THEY DELIVERED IT. I WANTED TO KNOW IF I COULD GET MY MONEY BACK, APPARENTLY THEY PUT IT AT THE WRONG DOOR.

The way they pack delicate items, shows that they don't care about customer service. Top was broken off, so the gel was splattered inside bag. Sending it back.
