Fits true to size. Bought a size up due to worried it would run small. Plenty of room and touches the floor.

Yes to the dress, no to the accessories!
The only thing we didn't like was the gloves were a different color blue than the dress. The accessories also seemed cheaply made. I would recommend the dress, not the accessories.
