Super soft. Open and leave it out a full 24 hours and it pops right into place. I added 400 balls purchased from Amazon.

The kids love it! I did purchase extra plastic balls. Planning to get a second one so they can both play at the same time.

worked well for my frenchie! Took weeks for it to take full shape, and the bottom never fit properly.

The bottom comes out so the balls are constantly stuck under it. The cover on the inside bottom piece ripped within a week - my daughter's only 9 months old. She was /is not aggressive enough to cause a tear. Cheap material

Doesn't expand
The foam ball pit never expanded to its full size. The material was hanging on the floor. Looks like the foam never expanded after leaving it for 5 days.
