Hayward W3EC50AC Perflex 25 sq. ft. DE Pool Filter - Limited Warranty

Extremely satisfied.my old Hayward ec45 diatomaceous earth filter(25 plus years old from my ester Williams pool) cracked at the tube sheet 2 days before I was to go on vacation.filter media blew in the pool....i ordered the ec 50 and was trying to figure out how I can bandaiadine before I left.the next day the new filter was sitting on my porch.i installed it.perfectly line up with pump and discharge pipes.water was crystal clear when I got home a week later....fast shipping and I don't think anything filters the water better than d.e. actually polishes the water.great filter . Long lasting.

Filter received was not as shown. Valve part was broken.

Filter was received with damaged return connection, cheap and brittle plastic. Took weeks and several photos to convince “intheswim” that it was damaged and needed to be replaced. Would never purchase anything from intheswim ever again. There are plenty of pool suppliers who are much more trustworthy. Should have read reviews about intheswim prior to purchase. This is a bad company!

I filled one of these out already. The filter was not packaged well and the bleeder screw broke during shipping, making it unusable until I purchase another bleeder screw. Obviously you people don't read the reviews or mayhaps you would have mailed me one...

I called you for help with this filter. You tiold me to contact Hayward which I did . Still no help . If I don't get some help with my problem l am going to return this filter because it is not doing the job
