HB 100-Piece 1/4 In. and 3/8 In. Drive Socket Set with 90-Tooth Flex Ratchets, Model AKX010-U

Great selection. Will give you what you need for about any job around the house / garage. Small enough case to store in the house. Love love love the tri-fold case. When you drop it or bang it around, you can open it without all the tools falling out. This is so awesome. My Dewalt case everything goes everywhere. Just wish the handle was a full hole instead of indents. It is heafty so harder to cary by indents. Tools are holding up well. Would be a great set for car as well.

This 100-piece socket set is an excellent addition to any toolbox! It comes with a great variety of SAE and metric sockets, deep and shallow sockets, ratchets, extensions, screwdriver bits, Allen keys, combination wrenches, and adapters, making it easy to tackle all kinds of projects. Everything has its own designated spot in the sturdy carrying case, so it's easy to stay organized and quickly find the tool you need.

This socket/ratchet/wrench set is surprisingly deceptive in a good way. You will not be disappointed with this set! It is good sized and heavy - 11 lbs, 15 ounces! The case is sturdy, metal pin hinged and measures 14.75" long, 7.5" wide X 4.25" deep. This is not a small, toss in the drawer tool set. The case is secured by two metal latches. Only complaint I have is you must open the case properly or you will be picking up sockets for a few minutes. The sockets do not snap into the case on one side. I labeled the case. Spilled sockets should not be an issue in the future. Inside you will find a large assortment of Metric and SAE sockets, 1/4" and 3/8" drive. 2 universal joint adaptors, 3/8 to 1/4 adaptor and 5 - 3/8 torx bits. There are 30 shallow and 9 deep six-sided sockets (including 2 spark plug sockets). There are 6 open/box end wrenches (7/16, 9/16, 10, 14, 17 %26 18). 25 interchangeable bits (torx, Phillips and straight), bit extensions and a hand bit driver. The 3/8" and 1/4" locking flex head ratchets are of good quality. The heads lock into position firmly. The 90 tooth geared ratchets are great for small arc ratcheting in tight areas. There are 6" and 10" long 3/8 extensions. The finish on all sockets and ratchets is a semi-smooth shot peened surface. They clean up easily after each use. The sockets are all clearly stamped with easy to read sizes. The assortment of tools should handle most small to medium projects with ease. I believe this is an EXCELLENT socket set for anyone looking to purchase a starter set like a DIY mechanic or home owner. This would be a nice tool kit to keep in a vehicle for those roadside emergencies. I am very happy with this set and it should last a lifetime!

Arrived just in time for an vehicle project husband was doing and these tools are Good! He only used the wrenches but there's hardly a scratch and they held up very well with force. Whole tool.kit is heavy, wasn't expecting that part, but sturdy and of good quality!
