the way the release for the locks on the ladder could be better but for the value, the ladder works extremely well. the stabilizers are great but can get in the way in a tight spot. overall a very good ladder and a great value.

Very easy to use. The only assembly needed is the stabilizer bars again very easy to install.

The ladder was damaged, one of the steps had a pretty good dent in it but I kept it instead of going through the return process. This dent didn't affect the performance of the ladder but still..

The size of the stairs are small. Makes me feel unsafe climbing it and hurts my feet. I couldn't imagine trying to carry something up this.

False description of the 4-step ladder. It does not go 17 feet when totally extended. It is only 10 feet. Not exactly what I ordered. I needed 12 ft, to my roof. Top rung was bent (in transit?). However ladder works okay and sending it back is too much of a hassle. Very sturdy and easy to set up.

cant install the bars... iv used a hammer iv slammed it on the ground and the bars dont go in. Dont hammer the plastic piece as it just falls apart. cheap product dont buy this. still need a ladder and out 130 bucks...
