Its very effective for memory recall. Wish I could take it with food. Its hard to find a time during the day that Ive not snacked or eaten a meal for a couple of hours. But it is what it is. It works for me.

I have been doing a lot of work from my computer lately and I find it hard to focus on one task instead of jumping from task to task randomly. REVIEW STARS: 5 My sleep has been a little more regular I have chronic insomnia and I suffer from debilitating pain because of multiple health reasons. I was very skeptical but I decided to try it. I've only been using it for about two days consistently but I feel like I have been just A little calmer and my sleep has been a little more regular and I fell asleep about 15 minutes faster. I don't think that I have achieved the full effects but I do feel a little bit better so I am going to continue to try it because in the literature it says that sometimes it can take up to two months just from what I am feeling from it. So far I think I would recommend it to a family member or friend.

Steadily seeing improvements My name is Nicholas Nelson and I bought into the idea that my wife's brother was having a (little trouble). So thought I would give these a try, I kind of get that seasonal blues thing. I took these for 5 days and I think the biggest thing I noticed was it calmed my appetite which was weird and not what it said it would do. That 5th day though, i think it caused me to almost have a panic attack. I'm generally a happy person anyway so I think these would be great for someone who was depressed and wanted to try something more natural. If you are generally a happy/not super depressed I wouldn't take these. They were easy to take despite the size. Didn't leave any after taste or didn't burp anything weird either.
