Replacement

Wrong product
I was sent the wrong shampoo. I ordered head and shoulders full and think shampoo and received a kind I've never heard of before. The reason I was ordering from your website is because I could not find the kind that I ordered anywhere. If I had known I was going to receive the wrong kind I would not have ordered it. I can't send back because it cost to much in shipping. Would like reimbursed thank you

NOT Thick and full don't be fooled.
This item is not the same as the thick and full like they portray. Im really upset that thick and full is not at walmart.

Wasn't the "Full %26 Thick" at all!!!!!
I recieved the wrong variety of Head %26 Shoulders. It wasn't the one pictured at all. This is completely unacceptable. Can none of you read!?
