It's not just for dandruff, but also for itchy scalp! This really removes the itchiness out of your head! The smell or scent is very mild! the Eucalyptus is a healing and soothing herb/plant. Just a small amount will bring up excellent lathering! It works almost immediately on contact!

My husband has been using this shampoo for years. He has tried other brands but always comes back to H%26S. He says he didn't always have this condition. He spent a lot of time in the military and after a certain extended tour to a certain place I will not name, this scalp "thing" became an issue. Again, H%26S keeps it under control.

I developed recently months ago, very itchy scalp with no other marks in my head or dandruff but the itchness continue. I change my shampoo 3 times and choose less aggressive and still had that itchness. I search through internet info and I used to sometimes to sleep with washed wet hair , and also when I sweat, my head started itching too and those are triggers. So I decided to give a try this and yes after a month the scalp itchness was getting less and less until dissappear. Also Im no longer sleeping with wet hair. I dry it first and comb it. Still using it and you don't need a lot to create a lot of foam now i can use my other shampoos too.

with this summer heat my eczema act up especially my scalp where i put my hair up. my scalp was itcy and had alot of danduff. I always heard great things and decided to try it. Within the 3rd day of using shampoo my itchy scalp and eczema calmed down and my dandruff almost gone.

Seems to make itching of scalp STOP! But, dries hair somewhat. Will alternate with Royal Oils (also by Head And Shoulders which really moisturizes hair but does not stop the itching of scalp as much...
