Exactly what I ordered. Good price. The top did open in the package so there was just a little bit of shampoo in the plastic bag. Maybe tape them shut as the are being shipped in a plastic bag instead of a box. Also I would have left this bottle I received on the shelf if I was in the store as it had a dried blue substance on the outside it the bottle. The contents of the bottle is not blue. It washed off,

I love head and shoulders, I've always had a itching in the back of my head right above the neck area and just a couple hours after showering head and shoulders has taken the itching away and leaves my hair feeling soft. Never had dandruff, so it's good for more than dandruff, and the sandlewood smells great.

The first and second times I used it, it did give my hair a smooth touch and shiny look. After that, it became ineffective almost immediately. Another member of my family did, and they complained of it. This was the worst choice of the otherwise good brand I have ever had over the past ten years.
