Head to Head
My bone doctor told me about this product because I was stressed out over my husband's death. I had dizzy spells and black outs. I started taking these every day. A year later I stopped taking them. The dizzy spells came back with migraines. My regular doctor looked the product up and it is loaded with vitamin B's. I immediately started taking them again. No dizzy spells since

I had chronic headaches, migraines, tension, all kinds…. I have been to doctors and chiropractors, and eye doctors. I am unable to take NSAIDS due to having had bariatric surgery. I decided to give Head Care a try after doing some research of the ingredients. I started taking a dose of this with a dose of Mag-Ox 400 everyday with my lunch. I noticed, after about 2.5 weeks that I was no longer having headaches every day! I've now been taking them for almost a month and it is rare that I have headaches at all anymore!

Helps reduce intensity of migraines and headaches for me. Makes it easier to function and focus through the remaining pain, what little there is. Thank you Excedrin!

Love the product however both bottles expire at the same time. There is absolutely no way I can use them both before the Oct 2024 expiration date.

Not a great person to review….but what can it hurt
I have a 24/7 migraine since can remember so can't tell much of a difference. But, keeping on my supplement list anyway! Surely it helps not get worse.

Head care
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Interesting Excedrin is entering the supplement world. I took for a few weeks, not noticing any difference but it didn't make me feel any worse either so giving it 3 stars. Will keep using it until I finish the bottle.

I didn't notice a difference
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am prone to migraines so I got this hoping it would make a change. I did not notice a difference after using it. Personally, dietary restrictions worked better than taking the head care pill. I don't plan on purchasing this in the future.

Not sure yet. Good thing is, it doesn't give me headaches like a lot of other supplements. Will keep using.

Not worth the money
Taste terrible. Smells like strawberries but that's it. Did not notice any difference in feeling. Because Excedrin tension headache and Excedrin migraine works so well I had high expectations for this. Epic fail
