[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Head and Shoulders Classic Clean for years and this is the first other shampoo they have brought out that can keep up with my greasy hair. Not only does it keep the grease leaves lower then the classic clean it keeps the flakes away just as well. The refresh part of the shampoo is a fresh minty smell and a slight tingle when you use it. I find the tingle helps me wake up in the mornings and my wife loves the smell. This is a great product from a great company.

It helps eliminate my dandruff and moisturizes my hair at the same time with out making it oily. I would recommend this shampoo to anyone with a dandruff issue. I will definitely buy this product again in the future. The Head and Shoulders 2N1 Shampoo and Conditioner is an excellent product.

After having a dry, itchy scalp for weeks and trying other regular shampoo products with so called "dandruff control", using this product the very first time did the trick. No more itchy scalp, and i feel like a million bucks! The scent of this 2-in-1 Refresh is pleasant, unlike the other "dandruff control" shampoo lines I've tried and lathers really well also. I would definitely recommend this product if you have dry itchy scalp and like to save money by not having to buy a bottle of shampoo and a bottle of conditioner. 5/5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's not winter time so I shouldn't be seeing any flakes, especially falling from my head. I had such a problem with that. Well I got my box with the flake Free no dandruff shampoo+conditioner that I received from head and shoulders and used it immediately. I have to say that the flakes were down but not completely gone. However it was a very noticeable difference.

Please STOP with all the Conditioners in the H&S shampoo as the original shampoo was meant to heal the scalp with pyrithione zinc NOT contitioners that take up ROOM and do NO GOOD as I use a GOOD Conditioner afterward anyway. Get back to the original Purpose P&G!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To review Head & Shoulders Refresh 2-in-1 Shampoo + Conditioner, let's break it down into four categories: Scent, Convenience, Effectiveness, and Cost. Scent- The scent of this product receives 4 out of 5 stars, based upon other products that I have tried. Most "medicinal" products have a very strong "medicine" scent, however, this product does not. It is a very refreshing scent that both my wife and I enjoyed. She could even smell it from the other room while I was using it! There is still a trace of that peculiar "medicine" scent from the chemicals that treat the issue at hand, but hardly noticeable after use. Convenience- As a guy on the go, shampooing and conditioning at the same time great. Having them both in the same bottle is even better, especially with the added anti-dandruff benefit. Less time, less money, less thinking! This earns the product 5 out of 5 stars for convenience. Effectiveness- This is the most important category. With most other products, my scalp would get very dry. Note that have short hair and I do not have Scalp Psoriasis, just plain old dandruff. This product very quickly remedied my dandruff. It left my hair soft and balanced. There was no itching, and little to no dandruff! As a test I scratched my head over my shoulder to see what would happen and my scalp did not "snow" all over my shirt. One thing I would love to see changed in this product is the sulfates. I believe a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner would prevent split ends in longer hair and also increase the overall quality of the hair. For this reason I rate the effectiveness a 4 out of 5 stars. Cost- As a BzzAgent this product cost me nothing to try! When compared to other brands available at my local store, Head and Shoulders was not the cheapest, but well below the most expensive brands. The fact that this product is a 2 in 1, saves you from having to buy 2 separate products and saves you more money! This category earns Head and Shoulders another 4 out of 5 stars. As a whole, I am happy with this product and my results. I would recommend it to others who may suffer from dandruff. Head & Shoulders Refresh 2-in-1 Shampoo + Conditioner receives 4 out of 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bravo, on the first day that I tried Head and Shoulders Refreshed I noticed a more refreshed hair and less irratation on scalp. I would recommend this product to any person that has dandruff. There is one negative thing though, the shampoo did irritate my eyes for a while. It went away thought after raising with water.

The scent was ok. Nice and fresh smelling. Not too manly or overwhelming. It did have a little bit of a cool sensation on the scalp but I expected more. Once the bottle was running low I filled with water to get the rest out and it actually helped it to feel more cooling on the scalp. I prefer the scent of the new Instant relief peppermint shampoo than this one but I found nothing instant about it and even though this was not that cooling or tingly I found it to be more refreshing on the scalp than the new one. Niether one really gave satisfaction in that realm but overall I prefer the new instant only due to scent wise.
