Got this to give as a Christmas gift for our son but if is anything like the one we have for the quest 2...its gunna be great!
One word. "WOW"
When I bought my Quest 3, the main issue to be had with it was the awful built-in headstrap. After seeing the price and awful quality of the official elite headstrap, I knew I had to find a good third-party option. This is a great third-party option. It's built well, it's incredibly comfortable, VERY adjustable, and didn't have any plastic smell out of the box. I can finally play comfortably without uncomfortable pressure on my face, or having to adjust the headset regularly, I love it. Instructions included aren't very clear, but it was easy enough to figure out with a Youtube guide. Also came with a 1-year warranty, love that.

The headset came quickly. It was a little hard to put on, and I quickly realized I had ordered the wrong one.

CHECK THE VENDOR: I was sent a totally different item. Be careful where you buy from and the seller. Was appreciative that I was able to receive a refund.
It was almost impossible to put together. I couldn't figure it out.
