so right off the bat, this strap was not as advertised, didn't even show up in the correct packaging (the box said that it had a 12,000 mah battery, not an 8000, which I will get to the problem there in a moment). first I'll give it a decent mark for comfort. my last strap was bulky and uncomfortable, had a removable battery and the adjustment dials were ungodly loud. the design on this one feels a lot more intuitive and it makes a lot less noise. The killing Factor on this elite strap is the battery life. it boasts an extended 8 hours play time on an 8,000 mah battery, which I have yet to see and I use it daily, so I don't see that happening. a few times I have chalked up the short battery life to multitasking and using some pretty high-end graphics applications, but the past 2 days I see that this is an issue even on standby. I charged the head strap battery to full earlier today, and it was dead within an hour and a half, keep in mind the quest wasn't being used or active at the time, it was laying on my desk and sleep mode and the head strap battery still died that quickly. I can't imagine at this point how quickly it would die if the RGB lights were running as well. a lot of potential, decently comfortable, but ultimately fails to provide its biggest promise, which is extended game time. which I now find myself having to stay plugged into a charger to achieve
