First of all, I I was buying this for my grandson because I’m not a real expert on tablets. So my son-in-law gave me some criteria and that’s what I looked at and when I brought this Tablet over to give my grandson he was amazed and he loved it and then he said oh look you’ve got a thing for warranty, so I tried scanning it, and I kept having problems, figuring it outand I thought oh well then they actually reached out to me from head Wolf and said hi we see that we had a problem so don’t worry we are giving you a 12 month extended warranty and then Nancy personally reached out to me and said I’m your personal customer service and I’m going to add an additional six months to your war. I have never had Customer Service like that anywhere so I’m so glad that this is the company that I bought my grandsons tablet from. I’m telling you that products have real quality and their customer service is unbelievable. It is so good.

OUTSTANDING!!!!! I took a chance on this unknown brand. Could not be more pleased! Every single element from packaging to setup... syncing...no bloatware ... I am convert to this brand.

The Headwolf Tablet has been a very good product so far and my shopping experience with Headwolf at Walmart has been great! I am especially impressed with Walmarts After-Sales Service, Wow, very professional and their help excellent! They have gotten back to me the same day with answers to my questions about the Headwolf Tablet. I highly recommend this product and the service they have provided.

So it took some time to set this up just the way i wanted it but now that it's up and running i have to say, as long as it lasts, this is a nifty tablet. The screen isn't the brightest and the battery doesn't last as long as i'd like but considering what i paid for it, this definately punches above it's price point right into well known brand name feature parity! I highly suggest getting a case for it however, and headwolf does make one that has a silicone sleeve with precise cut outs but good luck finding it as it took some time for me to do so myself but now that's its up and running and i have a good case for it - i intend to keep this for years to come. Tip - to add extra storage you really need to press hard on the microSD card when inserting it as it'll just keep popping out and not be recognized. Also do setup the option to extend the RAM from 4Gb to 8 in the settings - it seems to help when i've got quite a few apps open. CPU wise, this is more than good enough but in all honesty, i don't play games but YT and netflix work great, and surfing the web is great. why only 4 stars - well you have to really research how to set it up properly, it's not the most popular tablet so info is a little scarce but like i did, so can you, and the interface isn't pure Android - there is some light customization happening which i didn't care for myself but entirely workable, just some of the options aren't where i'm expecting them to be. Recommended

Absolutely in love with this tablet. I wanted to find an affordable tablet for my 5 year old who loves Roblox with decent storage and great battery life. It lasts so long without having to be charged, got to my house in 2 days. Ended up ordering another for his 4 year old brother. Only thing I’m not happy with is I can’t find a case or screen protector to fit it. Other than that, very happy and the boys do love it

This tablet is very good for children. It has a long lasting battery. I love that it is a mostly vanilla install of Android, so anyone familiar with Android should be able to use it. Also, it charges using USB-C. My only issues are that the screen isn't glass, but is plastic, so it isn't as smooth as a glass screen. Also, sometimes there is a lag, but usually only when it starts up. It is a good value for the price.

Super picture, uploaded surprisingly easy, even runs my Bing through the Android system. I bought it to stream on the road: so far, it has picked up all my services. I appreciate the price, too!

for a inexpensive tablet it has more feastures than ithers that imhave gotten that cost.2x as much.like how it tells you exactly whatis running all the time. can still use password. imdont game so.cant make a comment. takes a little time to boot up. it doesnt have very good sound but ok with headphones

Received on time but can't activate the warranty since Headwolf site won't accept the required information, PO supplied by Walmart. The vendors website is not working so I can't contact them. The warranty site also states the warranty is only given to people who paid full price.

slow to start, constantly says wait or close program after sticking you on a black screen. sound is almost non existent unless you use earbuds. not so great resolution. my Motorola edge phone is 100x better but not as big. got it to read ebooks and for my wife and son to use language apps. I guess it's ok for ebooks but very little else.
