First of all, I I was buying this for my grandson because I’m not a real expert on tablets. So my son-in-law gave me some criteria and that’s what I looked at and when I brought this Tablet over to give my grandson he was amazed and he loved it and then he said oh look you’ve got a thing for warranty, so I tried scanning it, and I kept having problems, figuring it outand I thought oh well then they actually reached out to me from head Wolf and said hi we see that we had a problem so don’t worry we are giving you a 12 month extended warranty and then Nancy personally reached out to me and said I’m your personal customer service and I’m going to add an additional six months to your war. I have never had Customer Service like that anywhere so I’m so glad that this is the company that I bought my grandsons tablet from. I’m telling you that products have real quality and their customer service is unbelievable. It is so good.

My Headwolf WPad5 tablet came in with LED's showing at the edge of the screen. Headwolf customer service bent over backwards to make it right. They gave me a post free shipping label and as soon as they received the old tablet they sent a new one to me. Their customer service is the very best I have dealt with so far. The Headwolf Tablet has been a very good product so far and my shopping experience with Headwolf at Walmart has been great! I am especially impressed with Walmarts After-Sales Service, Wow, very professional and their help excellent! They have gotten back to me the same day with answers to my questions about the Headwolf Tablet. I highly recommend this product and the service they have provided.

i love this tablet. i only use it for games %26 a little YouTube but it's been absolutely perfect for that.

for a inexpensive tablet it has more feastures than ithers that imhave gotten that cost.2x as much.like how it tells you exactly whatis running all the time. can still use password. imdont game so.cant make a comment. takes a little time to boot up. it doesnt have very good sound but ok with headphones

So far it's been pretty good, Battery life could be better. Other than that, I am fairly pleased with the device.

Received on time but can't activate the warranty since Headwolf site won't accept the required information, PO supplied by Walmart. The vendors website is not working so I can't contact them. The warranty site also states the warranty is only given to people who paid full price.

I ordered 2 of these and unbelievably neither one of them came up to the standard claimed, maybe it was a bad batch but both of them were not very bright or stable. ever try to game on a screen that just wouldn't hold still? I purchased this for my wife to get her into the abilities of the internet. Not a chance now. The SD Card slot has no cover (makes me wonder what all might be in there) Makes no sense. Returning them in the AM. If you got a good one you were lucky.

I had this item for about 6wks i used it maybe 3 times for short periods then one day decided to wtch a movie and needed to pause movie to take toilet break that was the last time this unit ever was able to play wouldn't turn back on.

i was so excited to get this in but once i did the touch screen didn't work good. was like the touch screen was going out or something so i returned it.
