Heali Medical Percut Shape-Black tape with inspiration words-( 4 units/inner, 48 units/master)

Love this to help with my plantar fasciitis and my sore muscles after a tough workout.

I hurt my shoulder carrying my 47lb toddler around Disney - my friend recommended this tape mid-Florida-trip, and it saved me for the 2 days we had left to wander around the park. My favourite thing about it, is that you can get it ANYWHERE, easily in Florida. I was never without.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to use kinesiology tape and honestly even though I know I used it correctly I wouldn't notice a difference. However, the menthol is such a game changer! Not only did I notice a difference but I actually felt better after using it. I also love that when you shower it activates the menthol all over again providing such a relief when I'm sore. My back was ACHING, but I used this and I felt 10000x better after 4 days. I've gone back to repurchase this myself too. If you're going to purchase any tape let it be this one!

I bought Heali in response to my 12 year old son going through some growing pains. He had started to use a brace on the knee that was restrictive and did nothing for the pain. Heali answered both issues! The tape was effective in reducing/eliminating the growing pains and allowed for full and normal range of motion. Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Waking up in the AM when you're over 40 can mean neck cramps from sleeping wrong. Which is exactly what happened to my boyfriend. We used this KT tape and so far so good! I'd say the material feels really substantial—not flimsy or cheap. It's infused with magnesium and has some menthol so after I taped it on, I applied some warmth and pressure. Slowly the cooling smell of the menthol came out and the cooling effect on his neck/upper back came to. Would definitely purchase in the future!

Bittersweetly I didn't overly need it during my timeframe, but I looked and felt cool! Literally. Not many pieces to try lol. I can feel how it would be beneficial, for sure. I can't give it 5 stars on the fact I didn't use it for its full purpose. It did adhere very well and felt good- moved with me. I can't find the picture I took before throwing away the packaging so here's my leg because it's a likely spot I'd use it! :D

The tape was easy to apply but given the position needed another set of hands to do. They were breathable and flexible. But beware to put on in one swift motion and do not touch the tape or it won't stick. The menthol gave initial relief, and after several hours my back was still feeling great. May consider using again!
