It's a win-win no matter which flavor you rock with- they're all great! The body and gut benefits are a super plus! I love bubbly drinks and they satisfy my want for a soda. Any added biotin I can give my hair and nails is a plus and the immunity from the citrus makes me feel like I'm keeping germs at bay. When I feel bloated or to keep from feeling bloated, I make sure to drink the ginger pineapple for guaranteed results.

They all have a great sweetness to them that tastes all natural and I feel like I'm having a treat when I drink one. My gut feels more balanced and my tummy looks flatter when I drink one. While I like this brand Health Ade, what I didn' t like is that the GInger lovers' variety pack -- contained 25 % non- ginger probiotic drinks.

I was able to hang my curtains without putting holes in the wall per lease agreement.
