Very impressed with this, take twice a day, first thing in the morning and another at night. I was having issues that made me clench my jaw a lot. That I would highly recommend this to anyone doing the same thing. Don't expect to see full results for at least 2 and half weeks. You will start to slowly notice it during that time. In where things feel much less aggravating. I noticed it due to me having issues concentrating for the last 6 yrs and staying focused. This product is a only womens thing, that finally we get something designed for our bodies.

I love this product. I have been using it for about a week. And I have seen a lot of change. I am calm and i actually stay focused on my tasks. I had alot of depression and anxiety. I was not cleaning or doing anything at all. I tried different supplements and this one has helped me so much. I have adhd and have hard concentrating and keep distracting myself. But with this product I am able to focus. I feel stress free, and I am and calm. My anxiety has gone down a big ton with this. I will be purchasing another bottle to stock up. <3

Great product! Helps with a lot of health issues. Seizures, anxiety, calms the body, inflammation, overall general feeling of well being. First time I've tried it and getting ready to buy second bottle. I took 2 in the morning daily however I did notice it started being hard for me to urinate even though I was hydrated and urine became highlighter yellow which can happen with vitamins. Upon researching the ingredients the bacopa can cause this. So I cut back to following the directions and just started taking one in the morning and then one in the afternoon and I didn't have any more problems. Note: My body is extremely sensitive to everything. This product is fantastic!! and it's gluten free so that's perfect for celiacs like me.

Great product it seems to do the job. I feel very relaxed after only taking one since it also makes me sleepy. So I take it at night and it seems to help. I would recommend it.

I was excited to find something that I only needed to take one of daily (I already take so many pills due to special dietary needs). The current description says 60 SERVINGS, but it also says later that it is a one month supply. A little confusing, so I referred back to the pictures. There are two pics that say 1 capsule per day, so I went with that. Maybe these work great? But I guess I'll never know... trying to cut down on the amount of pills I take.

Nope! Not a fan. I had previously taken other ashwaghanda products and had great results but my usual one was out of stock so I tried this one and it does nothing. I tried it for about three days before I switched to something else.

The only thing this does is make your pee neon yellow/almost green. I bought this because my doctor told me I'm "wasting her time!"
