All Health Direct products are excellent and they work. After 5 days taking this as directed 1 at breakfast and 1 at dinner I have lost 1 inch off my waist. I also take amino sculpt 30ml before bed and do weight training 3 days a week and walk 30 mins on alternating days.

I think SLIMit worked for me. I consumed it for 4 weeks combined with intermittent fasting, and I felt it was reducing the fat around my waist. I only tried one bottle, so not the perfect result yet. It is a bit expensive though.

taking it from last 2 weeks as of 22 Oct 2021. having a balanced diet with 4-5 days of 5km walk and usual house hold work with a small toddler and no help around. surprisingly I see a notable change in my tummy size..but weight has not changed.

This was my first weight lose product from Iherb which was chosen by ingredient. I like the quality of product, but I don't like a taste and smell of a capsules. The size of each capsule is standard which I think the benefit of this product.

This product has some pretty wild claims, so I was willing to try it, but wow, what a disappointment. Not one inch lost, so they really need to adjust their claims.
