This dialog weight scale is great. No batteries needed. Yea! Highly recommend.

Love that this scale has nice large numbers that I can easily read. I also love that I don't have to plug it in, recharge it, or use a bunch of batteries. It just works!

The scale is definitely accurate. While the length of the scale measures at 12", the bottom of the scale is a 1" bevel so there is really only 11" stand on, for those with large feet. The wheel used to adjust the scale is at the bottom of the scale, 2 inches in from the from the edge making it awkward to adjust to being exactly at zero before weighing. The 5 lb markers are tiny dots rather than lines. When standing on the scale, the tiny dots are hidden from sight under the beveled edge of the clear plastic covering that goes over the measurement display. The dots need to be made larger so that they extend beyond the beveled edge of clear plastic covering. The beveled edge on the bottom of the scale should be flat like the rest of the scale. The wheel to adjust the the scale to zero should be at the top of the scale.

I will revisit this post after I see how accurate the scale is. I have said it to Zero and it shows me about 15 pounds lighter than it was with my old digital scale. I have nothing to compare it with at this time. So once I see a medical professional and they weigh and measure me, I will be able to give a more accurate review

The scale reads 6 lbs. Low. It does Not return to Zero, most of the time . Sent a E-mail to the company, NO reply. Called the company, NO help . Got a bar Code from Walmart, to return this Item, could Not give me Store Credit. Canceled Return, put a note on scale " reads 6 lbs. Low ".

The quality of this scale is okay but not great. It weighs accurately but it is difficult to get it positioned on zero, and it doesn't return to zero when you step off it. The adjustment knob is difficult to reach on the underside of the scale and it's easy to turn it too far past the zero mark, either way. If you look at where the needle is positioned and adjust your result by the difference from zero, it is accurate, I checked it with my digital scale, but it doesn't return to zero or even to the same spot it started from when you step off and on and off and on and off. However, it is inexpensive and accurate, if you take into account its quirks. Maybe a more expensive scale would work better, idk.

I needed a wide scale , The top is wide. Just not the bottom. Put your foot too close to the side an it flips up.

The scale does not work at all when calibrated to zero. The needle does not move to the actual weight. It has to be recalibrated each time you step on it and it gives a different weight each time.

Scale itself is ok but can only read at 5lb increments. Lines are too small to be able to read, especially if you are far sighted.
