Love the companion phone app to keep your ambitions on track. The app includes encouraging or discouraging tones when weight goes up or down. (These sounds are more motivating than I'd ever imagined.)

If you want to keep up with your weight on your smart phone, this scale is great. I am very happy with it and the price was great.

I'll weigh myself step off and weigh again and there is a noticeable difference in the numbers. I end up weighing myself 3-4 times to get the number that is shown the most. I use it on a hardwood floor so that shouldn't be an issue.

I give this 2 stars because this is a somewhat a personal problem. If you're lighter than 331lbs then this scale is fine. However, I bought this in my local store. First time I weighed in at 335 before setting it with the app. The app has max weight number is 331. I think "Okay, they've gotta stop somewhere but it should adjust when I step back on". It then says 329. I didn't lose 6lbs in 5 minutes. I try disconnecting all things and resetting the battery. All should be fine until I lose a little weight. Nope. I use my bluetooth speaker overnight for music and weigh in in the morning. 326. This is the only time I'll be returning an item. I hate returning things. At this point, it's an overpriced digital scale that needs a reset to the battery every time to get an accurate result.

You can't actually connect this to your phone except through their app where you have to create an account with your name and email address, and their app passes data to Google Fit. I trust Google more then I trust some third-rate developer that's trying to rush to the iot game. I don't know where they're storing my data, and with all of the breaches lately I'm hesitant to trust them. I'll be returning this as it doesn't work the way they described it.

This scale is virtually useless. Had it for about a month now, and it suddenly stopped working despite good care. Replaced the batteries and nothing. The app is a joke, worked for a few days and then stopped working. I could never see the individual weight from a certain day, just the trend in my weight flucuating. Not happy.

I bought it for weight and your BMI.I was extremely disappointed when I jump on the scale and it doesn't show me my BMI!!! I never did download the app.. the only thing I can say nice about this scale and has big numbers to see.

Figured out you have to create a profile on the website first (app won't create a profile). App pretty much never sync's, you have to manually put in your weight each time. If I'd known the app/scale were this crappy, never would have bought the scale. BEWARE!

I like the large display on the scale but the app does not work on my phone. every time I open the app I have to set up my profile again. looking at the feedback in the app store this is a known issue for Android devices. the company has not responded to say thay are fixing it so I will be returning the scale. it feels a bit like false advertising too say it's compatible with Android.

I love the scale but unfortunately I will have to return due to the app not working. Once I read reviews for the actual app this issue has been going on for over a year. The Nuyu app doesn't save your profile so once you log back into the app you have to re-enter your profile and all previous entries are lost.
