My husband and I like this psyllium husk product. It gives a great dose of fiber without the added sugars Metamucil has.

No taste and easy to use!
I don't know how well this product will be for my body long term but I have used it for 2 days so far and it's light and not too upsetting to my stomach. It definitely doesn't have a taste. It's almost like drinking crushed oatmeal.

May work for some, but not for me!
I only gave this a one star, because unfortunately it didn't work for me. I did contact the seller which was "Cheapos". And they were very nice
