i use this nightly instead of prescription sleeping medications. It helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. When I wake up there is no grogginess and I can get off to start my day. I don't have the memory problems like when I use diphenhydramine HCL. Highly recommend.

I use this sleep aid every night. I take about one half pill, and it helps me fall asleep and stay asleep better than other sleep aids I have used. I find that I don't have the "hung over" feeling with this aid like some of the others.

I take melatonin to help me sleep, and add this with it… I have to say that I have the most restful sleep that I've ever had since doing this! I go to sleep faster. Stay asleep longer… and if my noisy upstairs neighbors wake me up I'm able to go back to sleep relatively easily- no so with just melatonin. I'm so glad that I found this!

Puts one asleep and returns one to sleep after waking up. Careful, may cause a “hangover “ of sleepiness the next day. Can be a risk factor for dementia.

My issue has always been waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to go back to sleep. this remedies that very well. but as with all supplements, everyone is different and their bodies react differently. so I'll buy a smaller bottle to try it first.

I don't sleep well so I tried this sleep aid to see if it would help. My brother recommended them to me because it helped him but he told me to try a 1/2 a pill because it's enough to work for him to get a good nights sleep. I took a 1/2 a pill that night and couldn't believe I actually slept without waking up all night long. I didn't feel groggy when I woke up but felt I had a good nights sleep and well rested. These are so inexpensive compared to other brands I looked at.

1/2 tablet and I sleep soundly. No drug interactions that I am aware of, but you should check with your pharmacist first, has eliminated the sleepless nights for me.

since i retired from nursing i found myself waking up for hours at a time. o have tried many dleep aids but this one is a winnet. i still wake up several but can easily go backvto sleep

If you don't need much to relax you this antihistamine might work. Think it is in unison and NyQuil tabs. Think it could be stronger. Price is right. And you get 200 tablets.

This product is just like every other Walmart pharmaceutical! They aren't even putting the bare minimum active ingredient in their product and then upping the price exponentially!
