Get little option for heat, support and vibration!
Lightweight. Heats fairly quickly, provides good support and a nice vibration for tense muscles.

This is my 3rd. Got warranty this time. Great to keep your back loose If you have trouble standing after a long ride. This is the ticket

We hope we like it but….
It doesn't come with a power cord for the home. Just for the car. I bought this for my parent in assisted living.

Disappointed
Cant use at home, does not come with ac adapter, did say on back of box, in very very small letters, does not tell you what kind of voltage/ or the polarity that fits into the pillow! Did come with car adapter

No cord charge it up give me a car charger. Please send me a charger thank you. I will have to send it back.

Where's the Heat? Letdown
I'm very upset about this product. Either I got a defective unit, or maybe this is how the heating feature is supposed to be. First off, this product did not come with a power supply cord in order to use at your home or office. So I purchased one from Amazon with the same power rating and specifications for $15. THAT was a complete letdown already. Second, The HEAT switch has been flipped ON for about 20-30mins as I'm writing this review, and you can barely feel the heat. For those of you seeking sciatica pain relief through heat, this product WILL NOT do it for you. I prefer the amount of heat from those heating blankets by Sharper Image that you can get at CVS. This product, unfortunately, will be returned. A lumbar support pillow with heating and massaging (vibrating really) for under $30? Let's just say it's too good to be true, and if you care about comfort through your every day pain, invest in higher end products.
