I received this product to sample. I have heard of Green Tea Extraxt and how it is so good for you but have never tried. I have been taking 2 capsules per day with meals as directed. I have done this for a week now, This is a good Antioxidant I am told with this having 98% extract. I feel better and I know it is working. I would recommend this extract to anyone wanting better health.

I have been taking this supplement daily for 2 1/2 following cancer treatments. As a cancer survivor, it was advised by my doctors and naturopath to consume green tea daily given the positive research results in the area of prevention. I knew a supplement was the best option for me, and was pleased to find a company that created a product that provided the levels of polyphenols, catechins, and EGCG that were important to me. I am not a doctor, but I am a person who cares about my health and providing my body with the highest quality food and supplementation it needs to thrive.

The capsules are standard size and the dosage is 2 taken once daily. I have no trouble swallowing them but people who generally have trouble swallowing pills should take this into consideration.

This Green Tea contains 98% Green Tea Extract and comes in capsules that are good size to be easy swallowed. The green tea is a great antioxidant and also great to boost metabolism, but do come with some side effects such as high blood pressure, they do contain caffeine. The label was not greatly informative as to benefits or side effects, but as with any supplement people should do a little research. This bottle came with 120 capsules and suggests take two daily, I started out with one just to make sure of its potency and then after a couple of days went to two. I did not notice any side effects, but I did seem to have a bit more energy overall. The bottle was sealed well and had a seal on the cap. These are made in the USA which means a lot with supplements.

The pills are the standard size for filled oblong pills, I have no problem swallowing them. They look reddish instead of green. I drink several cups of green tea a day but to get any benefit from green tea, I would have to drink much more and at higher concentrations. The pills (2 a day) do not make me nauseated and do not make me burp, I also do not feel jittery, I take one early in the morning and one after lunch but not at night. Are they good for my health? I probably need to take the entire bottle first before I can see any benefits. I have not felt better or more energized after a week.

A little too soon to report on the positive effects of this product, but I am expecting nothing but positive results. So I am able to help my cholesterol, which assists in keeping arteries healthy, get benefits for my heart health ( that are similar to the benefits of dark chocolate, red wine and grapes) without all the hassle.This capsule is very easy to swallow. Being non GMO and having no preservatives is an important thing to me. I have heard that green tea increases metabolism and helps with weight loss, so how can I lose in taking this capsule. I am taking 2 caps in the AM. I didn't want to take any at night because of the small amount of caffeine, which I try to avoid. I would suggest taking this with some food. Taking it on an empty stomach may cause some inconvenient “digestive troubles” I ‘m hoping this product will help me to head off health problems rather than trying to correct things later. .

im sad to say, i cant take the capsules cuz my interaction with my meds. got very sick. should of researched product before purchase.
