This supplement worked really great! I have noticed that since I've been taking this product I've felt better and felt more energetic but mostly that I've felt overall healthier. I take it twice a day with food and directed and I noticed that while other people might catch more colds I seem to be staying healthy. I believe in trying to stick with holistic medicine and I like that this product is made mostly from just olive leaf. Overall I would definitely recommend this product to my friends and family.

Olive leaf is a immune supporter, good for the heart, and is vegetarian. I like the vegetation part because I only eat meat and dairy products maybe once a month. The capsules smell like tea. You take 1 or 2 a day, with meals. No after taste either. It has 20% of Oleuropein.

This supplement is made with oleuropein, and vegetarian capsules (which I love), because I can't digest gelatin caps properly. It has a fresh, leafy smell to it, which I also love, the capsule size isnt' too big. I like having these supplements as an extra stables in my diet. I would definitely recommend! I received this OLIVE LEAF item for free through the Walmart Spark Reviewer program. I was actually really excited to try this product because I wasn't privy to taking olive oil for your health. There seems to be quite a few health benefits in taking them, like lowering your cholesterol for one. The pills aren't on the large size, which I appreciate since I am not the biggest fan of taking pills or having to add more to my daily regimen. I've been taking them for a couple of weeks now and feel just fine. Not sure if I have experienced any of the benefits yet or if that takes time but they haven't made me feel icky so I would call that a win!

It gave me severe abdominal upset and diarrhea. It even happened when I ate food with it. Be aware of this possibility! If not close to bathroom I would have had many accidents, It didn't seem to do anything with my blood pressure
