The only issue I've had with these is they feel a little hard for Gummies I don't know if maybe they've been sitting on the shelf too long or it's just how this brand is. I mean, they taste good. They're not hard to the point where I can't eat them, but I don't know how great they're gonna be by the time I get to the end of the bottle as I only take one a day %26 you're supposed to take two %26 there's 60 in here so I'm hoping they won't get too crunchy. The flavor is great. They also contain 100% daily value of vitamin C %26 68% of your daily value of zinc so these things are definitely necessary during the winter around here especially, plus I work with the public so I'm always getting introduced to new germs. I have other health issues going on so these are making it so I don't get sick however with lack of rest I did end up getting the flu, but I did notice that because I'm taking my supplements including this one I'm getting better a lot faster than everybody else around me that has the same things so it definitely helps. The flavor is super tasty, no yucky medicine taste. Happy with them so far. They also don't seem to upset my stomach as some do. I just make sure I take them with a little snack or around meal time. Price was great for them as well.

They stay soft and taste pretty good. i just started taking this gummy, so the wated results haven't kicked in yet.

This is the only one I buy over and over again. It is a reasonable price and great taste too. I wound indeed recommend this to anyone.

I really can't speak to any health aspect bc I haven't taken these long enough. Perhaps I haven't had a cold like others recently bc I do take them. I like the ingred and what's nOt in the gummies. I like they kind of dissolve quickly after chewing. Maybe less sugar would be my only neg.

I like the taste, it's really too early to tell about how well it works. but it has alot of good ingredients to boost your immune system
