I have no thyroid. Been on hormone medication all my life it seems. Went off and told my doctor I wanted to do a more herbal way. So started talking these. Love them!

i have Hashimoto's disease and have been taking this daily for two months now, and really started seeing a huge difference within a few days of taking this, you can start off at one pill a day and work up to two, I wouldn't recommend taking at bedtime, it gives you really nice energy and helps with brain fog! Its been so long since I've felt this kind of energy, I can finally get stuff done, and I no longer have the throat pain or feeling of being weak as well, this pill just makes me feel normal, and I'm so glad I found it!

Due to a subclinical hypothyroidism condition and based on my doctor's recommendation I need to supply my body with iodine so my thyroid would be able to produce the required hormones for my body to function well. I've experienced low levels of energy and fatigue. Although I try to accommodate seafood in my diet to help my thyroid with iodine, my body seemed to need a better source. After using this product for two weeks my conditions have started to improve and I feel a lot better these days.

It helps Me with stress and hormonal Crazyness. I believe is helping me with energy too, but honestly today I realized I been taking half dose only, so I believe the benefits will be better once I take the correct amount.

I cant say if it works or not because i haven't been back to my doctor for my Thyroid testing since starting this supplement, so i will give it 4 out of 5 stars because it has not caused any adverse side effects of issues, so thats a plus.
