this pillow is firm and a good size. I sleep on it due to shoulder and neck pain. It took about a week to get comfortable with it. however it is helping relieve the pain at night and I am happy with it.
This is my second pillow like this. I sleep on my back and love the 11 inch elevation because it helps with my allergies by keeping my head higher. They are very durable. My old one is still in good condition. The only way to sleep!
Nice and firm. Not soft and squishy.
I am very pleased with this item. very comfortable. great for acid reflux sufferers. a little pricey but worth it. i like that it has a nice cover and can be removed for washing.
Unfortunately the newer one flattened much faster than the first we bought. great until it lost slope
