Strong supplement. I would say it has same potency as other brands I like like Nature Made, Trunature(phased out Costco brand, why?). On top on that, it is made with Kaneka Coq10. Other brands use Coq10 imported from China, but I think the chinese companies are as good as Kaneka in manufacturing CoQ10. The problem I have using this is the carrier is olive oil. It causes stomach acid. In conclusion, quality at great price. Buy it.

Appreciate that did not contain soy. Liked olive oil. Glad for Kaneka. Would like Ubiqunol but Brand had oils I did not care for.
