Whelp... I tried it because a couple of friends referred me to the product... Took it for a month... Don't know if it helped, but since I haven't been taking it for the past 2.5 weeks, the joints are def bothering me now... Kinda like a case of you don't know what you're missing until it's gone. My next step is to start taking it again and see what happens. At this point I'd say try it... It can't hurt, and what hurts might not hurt so bad 😊
