The more I learn about probiotics the more it makes sense that you need these little warriors in your body. I recently learned the the more variety of good bacteria the better and this brand has lots of different strains and is resistant to stomach acid which is a good thing because a lot of products out there just get dissolved in your stomach before they get a chance to form colonies. The price is good and they don't need to be refrigerated. GET SOME and get Regular. :)

Since using this probiotic I've stayed 'regular' which is great after taking a course of antibiotics messed up my bowels.

I can tell if I take 1 vs 2 per day. I stopped taking them after the 1st bottle thinking there was no change but after a couple of days, bought another bottle. My mind was not in the same place as it had been suddenly heavy/depressed without them. Started them again and haven't had a problem since. I've been taking them for at least 2 years, daily.

Bought this product primarily because it is shelf stable. Kept forgetting to take my pro-biotic as it had to be stored in the refrigerator after opening. I can leave this product on the table so I remember to take it. I have been unable to tell a difference between this and my old pro-biotic as far as functionality. Pleased with this purchase.

I've been on one probiotic after another for decades. This is the most effective one I've used in all those years at less than one-third the price of the others.
