hasn't been able to hear the things he loves for the last 10 years. With these he said he heard the gravel crunch under his feet and the deer on the rocks. He hears the humming birds and even the pinecones falling.Something I never thought of and will never take for granted again. He absolutely loves hearing again after struggling for the last 10 years. He even went to town to listen to music! Fantastic product.

When I put these on for the first time today, I could hear the birds chirping outside, and when I took them off, I couldn't hear them at all. I didn't realize my hearing was that bad, but apparently it's bad enough not to hear the birds in my house. The sound quality is great, they are very comfortable and I love the different adjustments. I hope they stick around because they are amazing!

It feels very sturdy and well made. The instructions are simple, and I mean simple and easy. I put it on my mom's ear and set it to the lowest volume setting out of the box. She was stunned. Even in the other room, she could hear me speaking in a normal voice, which wasn't possible years ago, but most importantly, she could hear her TV and her beloved clearly at normal volume music. I would love to express my gratitude and appreciation to this company for making an affordable and great product. I will tell everyone I know and see about this product.

I bought the wrong item by mistake and need to return it. I couldn't figure out how to use it. Thought it had 2 separate ear devices to wear one on each ear but it has just one with 2 thin wires that look like antennas that obviously can be connected to the device only for one ear at a time... The description sounded appropriate for my needs when I read it, but I later realized I was wrong...

The clarity is incredible compared to others I've had. however, the one for my left ear will not shut off anymore.

Only lasts a couple hours and only comes with one. Doesn't help much. Don't waste your money

Ear amplifier did not work. Instructions were followed completly, even tried suggested troubleshooting methods to no avail. Will be returning item for a full refund.

I want to return them. They are the poorest quality I have ever used
