I bought these for my dad who is very hard of hearing after his hearing broke. Unfortunately there was a bunch of what I can only describe as screeching coming from the sound amplifier when I turned the volume up to a level he could hear. And it was nonstop, at first I thought it was something that happens when you turn the volume up but nope, it was just straight up screeching with a super annoying high pitch.
Just too big. Advertising pictures were a bit deceiving
Instructions not very clear, must have covered several models.

Difficult to handle with somewhat diminished dexterity, sound was much too much like listening to a bad connection from a radio. Decided this sound amplifier is not for me. Most likely would work for someone else.
I had higher expectations of this product
While recharging, units emit a high-frequency whistle. So annoying, I moved them to the garage to finish charging. After charging, found that one unit didn't work, would not turn on. No quality control at the factory, apparently. Disappointing purchase, returned for credit.
You could not stop the squealing noise, both ear pieces had left ear on them. I'm taking them back.
