I bought this specifically to help me hear in a meeting held twice weekly in a high-ceilinged room with poor acoustics-one on which I report for the local paper. I wore it for the first time today-with minimal practice getting used to it. It did a great job. For once, I could hear everything said clearly-no problem with interference of any kind. Amazing! It does help with television programs too. I have no idea what it would be like to wear it in noisier settings where everyone is talking-my hearing isn't bad enough for me to need to try this. But for meetings where I am straining to hear one speaker, often seated at a distance with his/her back to me, this works wonderfully well.

can hear good with these as long as fitted in ear tight

Bought these for my mother. She wouldn't pay $5000.00 for good ones. These seem to be doing the trick for her. Rechargeable and easy to use.

I can hear tv better and people but everything else is amplified, sometimes too loud for me to wear them

it screeches when putting them in the ear. It takes a few trys before getting it right. Has some background noise and has high pitch sound. Otherwise it's a better deal than professional ones with their high prices.

Charged as soon as received, do not work. No buz, hum or squeak! So disappointed!

did not fit my ears. too large

I bought these for my brother who is deaf in one ear and very hard of hearing in the other. When I set up the left one there is a very loud high pitch squeal that I can even hear when the ear pad is brought close to his ear. I even tried it and it was OK until I brought it close to my ear. I changed the volume to it's lowest setting and tried both programs to no avail.
