I bought this for my Home Ec class as an activity to do with them. The only thing I wish I had in the instructions or booklet is how much 8 oz of wax made candle-wise. Had I known that piece of information since I am brand new to candle-making, I would've melted the wax in bulk to speed up the process. Or at least melted enough for each scent. So as much as I love this product and have already recommended it to friends, I wish it was a bit more beginner friendly in the How-To process of it all.
I love all of it. the scents are wonderful alone or combined. The die blocks create deep colors instead of pastels. The metal wick holders are great. It takes a little trial an error but the stickers for the wicks come in handy for quickly preparing another vessel.
I bought this for my 11 year old son, who's in the business of making his own candles. The wax melts very evenly, the scents smell phenomenal, the coloring blocks do exactly what they are supposed to, and melts evenly into the wax. Over all, we will be ordering again.
The kit is wonderful and it is easy to do. The only thing I did not like was the scents. They are not strong enough

Scam. Ripped off several times. I weighed it. Not 10 pounds of wax. Only 9 pounds. Don't weigh the box too. Or the box and the extras. I want 10 pounds of wax. I paid for 10 pounds of wax. Not 9 !!!!!
