My first order was damaged. Customer Service was great at getting the item picked up at my home and refunded. It was a challenge to pack it back up, though. The second order was fine and I am happy with the item.

Awesome easy assembly

Really attractive fire pit table at a great price. Fire height has two settings. Comes with a cover for the rock area and a fabric cover for the whole table. Easy to operate.

It was easy to put together and has a nice flame.

Okay quality. Not sure how long it will hold up. You get what you pay for

Can't get the igniter to work

Took 2 hours to put together and the igniter didn't work. Walmart said we could take it apart , pack it all back up and send back and they would send a replacement. I didn't have the time or patience to take it apart and send back and then put another one together. I reached out to the manufacturer to have them send me a new igniter-they too wanted me to take apart and send back the whole fire pit . When I said that didn't work for me, the customer, I would just like a new igniter switch, they said they would get back to me, still waiting. Horrible customer service from both Walmart and the manufacturer, Hearth and Harbor. Very disappointed that we have a brand new fire pit that we have to lite with a lighter stick (unsafe). Will not buy from Hearth and Harbor again.
