I didn't install this myself, my brother did and he said this was an easy install. Other than having to run new gas lines and drilling though a brick chimney, once done it was very easy to hook up. Looks very realistic without the mess and work of a real fireplace and puts out nice warmth!!

This is very attractive and warms up our cottage easily. I have only used it after installation but it is very pretty.

We received our logs on time. Easy to assemble, the instructions were straight forward, puts out great heat %26 I like the thermostat control verses the manual control on our previous unit.. The only problem we had is when the logs arrived one log was broke but I contacted customer service at Heartsense, they apologized and are sending me a complete set.

I most likely would have enjoyed them but I could not get them to work . Could not get the pilot light to burn and had to send them back .

The logs were broken,I was very disappointed. I boxed everything up, returned the item but I haven't received my refund as of yet.

easy to install, but some logs were cracked upon unpacking the logs. had to use as is due to extreme cold temperatures.

I received this item with broken pieces. I returned it to Walmart immediately. The FedEx number I was given could not be found. I've emailed Walmart a couple of times with no resolution to this problem. I would like my money back as it is a substantial amount. Please find out where this item went. I sent this back November 30th.

so excited to get these logs only to open them up and one of the logs is broken all I want is the log to be replaced but they say I have to return. the whole thing for a credit

The two FRONTMOST and longest ceramic logs were cracked into two pieces each, numbers handwritten on the logs did not match up to the installation instructions. I request a Refund or replace the two broken logs.

Sent wrong logs. So had to return. Now waiting for refund.
