This bird bath is made of high quality materials. The bracket that you stick into the ground is made great because it is an 'X' design, which is a better gripper! It is deep enough to hold enough water for a while. The fact that you can use it all year is great, because when it's not cold, you simply don't plug it in. I wish the cord was about 1 to 2 ft longer. The price was okay. I'm happy with this bird bath!

I really like this heated bird bath for our Wisconsin winters. Just remember to keep the birdbath filled when plugged in to avoid hot spots. Very easy setup with a nice length on the cord.

Birds need water when they feed in order to digest their feed. This bird bath is the perfect thing to use in areas where water will freeze. I keep it close to the feeders and the birds love it!

I put this on my deck when the temps were hitting 2 degrees and it never froze. The birds and squirrels loved it. If they ever make one big enough for deer, I'll buy it.

This is a great bird bath for the Southern U.S. It will keep the water from freezing as long as it does not get too cold outside - below 20F is a bit 'iffy' - the top of the water will freeze. That said, the birds and squirrels LOVE it when there has not been any precipitation in recent days. I recommend it if you live in the South.

While this is a great idea to have a place for birds to drink and bathe it does not live up to my expectations. Once water is put into the bowl the whole thing dips forward off the railing. We have tried different ways to try to get the holder and water tray to remain flat but nothing seems to work. Quite disappointing.
